It starts with your space
We take time to understand how you live, what you love, and what the surface needs to do every day. The best solution starts with the right conversation.
Novello Stone is an owner-operated stone and surface solutions business based in Mossel Bay, serving the Garden Route corridor from Mossel Bay to Plettenberg Bay.
Novello is a new business — but it's not new to the work. The name is new. The experience behind it isn't. Years of hands-on fabrication, tiling, and restoration work sit behind every quote we write and every job we run.
We run this like a family business, because that's what it is — no call centres, no account managers, just the people doing the work. Not sure whether something's a fabrication job, a tiling job, or a repair? Ask us anyway. We'd rather help you find the right fit than watch you guess.
Novello Stone (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African company, registration number 2026/586662/07.

Novello means “new” in Italian. For us, it marks a new chapter — not a reset. The name is new; the standards were earned over years.
The road to Novello runs through years spent in the stone and surface industry, including the chapters built with Unique Selections and Marble Pro. Each one added something important: an eye for material, respect for the work behind a proper finish, and a clear understanding that clients remember how a job was handled long after the dust has settled.
Novello brings those lessons under one roof. It is owner-operated and family-minded: the people answering the phone stay close to the people doing the work, decisions are made directly, and every project carries our name. There are no layers to hide behind and no passing responsibility from one team to the next.
Where we are heading is simple: a trusted Garden Route business with the capability to take on serious work and the character to remain personal. We want to grow steadily — one relationship, one well-finished surface and one kept promise at a time.
“A new name for everything the years have taught us — and a family business built to carry that standard forward.”
Years in and around stone, including Unique Selections and Marble Pro, built the practical knowledge, industry perspective and client awareness behind Novello.
Fabrication, tiling and restoration now sit under one roof, with one direct line from the first conversation to final handover.
Rooted in Mossel Bay and growing across the Garden Route — carefully, sustainably and without losing the family-business way of working.
A stone project should feel exciting, not intimidating. We keep the process human: listening first, explaining the options clearly, and staying close from the first conversation through to the final handover.
We take time to understand how you live, what you love, and what the surface needs to do every day. The best solution starts with the right conversation.
The people you speak to remain connected to the work. Questions are welcome, decisions are explained, and you always know who to call.
We work thoughtfully, keep you informed, and leave the door open after handover. If something needs attention, you can call us and know we will be there.
We assess the surface, measure accurately, and scope the real work — not a guess.
A clear, itemised quote with material and labour shown separately. No surprises later.
A deposit secures your slot and covers material. We confirm a firm start date.
Work is completed, inspected, and signed off with you before final payment.
Every home and every surface is different. We take the time to understand yours, talk through the possibilities, and give you a clear proposal before anything moves ahead.
A site visit lets us see the surface, listen to what you have in mind, and notice the details that are easy to miss in a photograph.
Where there is more than one way to approach the work, we explain the options in plain language and help you choose what feels right.
Your proposal explains the agreed scope, materials, and next steps, so you can consider it without pressure or uncertainty.
Once you are comfortable, we confirm the practical details together and reserve a place in the schedule that works for everyone.
